Citizens up and down the Bitterroot Valley got to see how their land could be zoned as the county unveiled its draft zoning maps this weekend. The first draft is a work in progress. There will be at least two more drafts before the commission adopts the maps.
Olive Branch elected officials voted Tuesday to hire ETI Corp. to review the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s new maps that put some people in flood zones, requiring them to buy expensive flood insurance.
